Entry Fees –ย If you turnout after entries close, you must pay your entry fees.
Turnout Fines – Turnouts that are received less than 48 hours before the start of the first performance are subject to a fine of:
Vet Releaseย – A vet note must be provided by Wednesday at 5:00pm following the rodeo that you vetted out. The vet note must state that the horse could not compete.
Medical Release –
Injury – A doctor’s note is required when you medical out*, as well as to medical back in, if it was an injury. A doctorโs note is required in order to return to competition.
Illness – If it was the flu or illness then you need a doctor’s note stating you were too ill to compete – these are due by 5 pm on Wednesday following the rodeo.ย
